    A new fighter at-will for marking multiple targets

    I would mark additional targets adjacent to the primary target rather than the PC (seeing as how they're all at the pointy end of your weapon and all), but otherwise, I think this is a keeper.

    Ranged Basic Attacks

    The benefit of an attack being a basic ranged attack is that it can be used with certain Warlord powers (which grant allies basic ranged attacks). There will probably be other classes/circumstances which allow for a basic ranged attack as time goes on and supplements pile up.

    You have to--there's only two at-wills per pact (the pact-specific and Eldrich Blast). The third is, as far as I can tell, up to the player.

    Explain to me how traps and hazards work.

    Everything sounds right to me. Just remember that most traps have different Perception DCs for the various components (presence of a trap, trap triggers, trap control panel, etc.)

    Those [2 damage types] +1 damage feats

    It seems to me (and I could easily be wrong here) that the +1 to two damage type feats are there to soften the blow of spreading your stats out. Normally your damage comes from your class's primary stat (Wis for clerics, either Con or Cha for warlocks, Int for wizards), and buying up less-used...

    Hong: Could be worse...could have a jetpack and a laser rifle.... Jaldaen: I like the concept, and the powers seem to work. There's a few quibbles with the damage for some of the attacks, but that can wait for the consolation prize from your "backorder sweepstakes" :).

    Ice Archon

    But an ice archon is made of ice, not cold. And ice contracts when cooled further...uneven contraction causes cracking. A creature that's always that cold must have some tolerance, but even that will have a limit. Once that limit is reached...your ice archon will calve off some ice cubes :).

    I don't think so. IIRC, the new Pit Fiend deals d12+bonus damage with its mace.
