HI, The Bloodman listed in Creature Collection II can accumulate extra temporary hps through its Steal Blood Supernatural ability. My question is how long do these temporary Hps last? Are they consumed slowly by the bloodman in order to prolong it's life? Does 5 temporary Hps per day...

On reflection I think that you may be right that this isn't actually a troll, but I really can't see how any set of rules be they 3E, Palladium, Storyteller can kill imagination... My kids can turn a game of snap into a spirited battle between good and evil... :D

As a last gasp for February I have just finished Sharpe's Fortress by Bernard Cornwell. My favourite of the Sharpe books so far. I have already started Deathstalker by Simon R Green, although the chances of me finishing it by the end of the month are thin indeed :D

I pretty much dropped the spell components even before deciding to adopt the Elements of Magic system... However, I have decided to use spell components when it comes to creating magic items... I saw a rather interesting e-book over on rpgnow.com that could help me out on that.
