being d20 does not mean it is from the D&D mold IMO. I think it has more to do with implied world (elves,dwarves, half-orcs, and such).

I say no because of the following RPGs that are not of the D&D mold: Conan A Game of Thrones Talislanta there are more, but I can't think of them @ the moment.

Warlord: Saga of the Storm is the CCG you are thinking. It's still kicking around fairly popular. Warlord is no quite d20 but you do roll a d20 add your attack bonus and compare the result to the targets AC. About as close as you can get for a CCG.

Midnight 2E is one of the best d20 settings out. The production values are pretty good for the most part. The 1E binding problem seems to have been repeated in the 2ed book. The glue is coming loose from the spine of the book which in turn is peeling off the map on the inside of the front cover.

Like many other have said All Flesh is the Michael Jordan of zombie games. Every other zombie games are measured against All Flesh and so far none have measured up.

I think as long as you stick to the WoTC stuff all the classes & races are pretty balanced. It's only when you get into some of the third party stuff you get unbalanced classes & races.
