its still pathetic that I won't get on the day if I order first class but I still will, PHB can always be fobbed off as an early c present to a player in my group anyway when the rest come.

Hmm, yes but this uses little chakra and makes more sense to be an at-will power. Suggestion on how to make it more of an at-will power would help. And why would they have an awesome AC, no armor with only there intelligence bonus helping. Of course there would be better versions then this...
