    bonuses against specific races are out in 4E seems a bit strong for a heroic feat Neither dwarves nor eladrin have + str. Their feats make up for it. Orcs don't need such a feat. Basic attacks? That's quite a lot of tracking and rolling for not much damage

    I'd say acid breath lasts about as long as fire breath does. Besides it's breath, as in a diffuse gas. Unless he has some way of concentrating it.

    with the speed, the single stat and the vulnerability to turn undead, I wouldn't worry. though it's not the power level of it that's a problem, it's that it's not something you can use most encounters.

    you still only get one per encounter, it's much closer to a swap. they're also strictly superior to other feats, and limited to one multiclass feat only. They're a set part of the limit. necrotic resist 3 would be fine imo
