Races of Faerun is probably what you are looking for. It fills most of the racial stats that are missing fromt PGTF and expands on races covered in the FRCS. It also adds new FR iconic races as playable.

I think it looks good! The axe heads looks straight. That's a success,, when I add or subtract weapons that's the hardes thing for me. The paintjob can be top notch and the hand can be seemlessly resculpted, but if the stupid mace head is slightly askew it's noticeable across the battlemat!
