D&D 5E (2014) Quests from the Infinite Staircase TOC and Zargon.

3.5e Elder Evils, combined with more general knowledge of what ancient baatorians are/were from 2e Planescape-era stuff. Don't have Infinite Staircase yet, so can't personally attest to what's in it, but I think I've heard that Zargon's status as an ancient baatorian was retained.

D&D 5E (2014) Quests from the Infinite Staircase TOC and Zargon.

Zargon is an ancient baatorian, and implied to have been their greatest leader. His "people" may have been (seemingly) driven to extinction eons ago, but he's effectively the "rightful" ruler of Baator that the baatezu overthrew back in planar pre-history. So even if the threat of him making a...

D&D 5E (2014) Quests From The Infinite Staircase

And one of the things I've suggested is to no longer give deities alignment in the vast majority of cases, which would solve that issue handily and create room for more nuanced divine characterizations beyond "Well, it says they're LG, so I guess they'd do X." But again, I've got zero pull over...

D&D 5E (2014) Quests From The Infinite Staircase

Unless they're being positioned as the big bad for an adventure module, no god has been given stats in 5e, and even then they're always deliberately weakened from their full power and "killing" them only delays their eventual return. There's no reason Osiris, Zeus, Thor, etc. need stats any...

D&D 5E (2014) Quests From The Infinite Staircase

I mean, going down that road is opening a pretty monumental can of worms (Gestures vaguely at most of the archdevils, more than a few demon lords, and large swathes of the Great Wheel cosmology, to say nothing of the Monster Manual), but hey, it's not like I can convince them to do otherwise...

    D&D 5E (2024) 2024 Player's Handbook reveal: "New Cleric"

I feel there's a distinction between drawing upon divine power through faith and specifically worshiping a deity. They can be one and the same, but I don't feel they have to be.

Live at 9am PDT - i.e. top of the hour. Imaginary Narrator: "If you have a problem, if no one else can help, and if you can find them, maybe you can hire the A-Men."* *This joke brought to you by JoCat's "Crap Guide to D&D - Cleric" video from ~5 years back

D&D 5E (2014) Quests From The Infinite Staircase

I don't think WotC can use it quite as readily as they can their first-party settings. They may have published Wildemount and Netherdeep, but as an IP, Exandria ultimately belongs to Critical Role.

    D&D 5E (2024) 2024 Player's Handbook reveal: "New Monk"

Looks like they put up an article on Beyond specifically about the Warrior of the Elements: https://www.dndbeyond.com/posts/1763-warrior-of-the-elements-monk-bend-the-elements-to Not sure if there's anything new in there, per se, but gives a bit more detail on the subclass.

    D&D 5E (2024) 2024 Player's Handbook reveal: "New Monk"

Don't think it was mentioned specifically, but as I understand it, these previews are focusing primarily on things that are new or changed from the 2014 version. Can't make any promises, but the chat mods on the Youtube videos suggested that if they don't bring a feature up specifically...

    D&D 5E (2024) 2024 Player's Handbook reveal: "New Sorcerer"

Will try to do a video breakdown, but it may take a while. I tend to be rather...meticulous (read: "slow") at the best of times, and I have a family member coming home from a brief hospital stay sometime this morning, so don't be surprised if it ends up on the backburner for a little bit...

    D&D 5E (2024) 2024 Player's Handbook reveal: "New Monk"

That has been my impression, and I believe the live chat mods over on YouTube have said as much as well. They've mainly been focusing on things that are changing from the 2014 version - things that are staying the same have generally been glossed over, if they're mentioned at all.
