I would look at Combat Medic as where to go after you get maximized healing. As Maximized is much better then Empowered. The Combat Medic abilities are very nice for a healer. Especially level 5 Spontaneous Heal Sack a spell slot 6 or higher for a Heal spell. Evasion and Mobility are nice too.
