I think the game will be set around 1936-1937. I need to do a little more research before I set it in stone. The Air Hero will be based in Shanghai at the beginning of the game but that might change with my research. The Manila is a good second choice though.

You can sneak attack with a ranged attack if you are within 30 feet.
