    Raven Crowking's Fantasy Game

There is a gap in the rubble which you can slip through. You slip through silently. You can see in the middle of the rubble are five goblins and two very large, fearsome-looking rats. You seem to have evaded they're notice for now.

That's where I got the thread name from. I like that site very much.

    Mapping Infinity

I should specify, I mean the maps in Fiendish Codex. The ones in the modules are, of course designed specifically for actual play.

    Return of Elemental Evil

Despite the name the campaign I am planning is based on the original T1-4 module, though modified, not on the remake. I will be using other modules, including the Keep on the Borderlands, the Giants and Drow series and possibly the Slavers series. Castle Greyhawk may also have some kind of a...

Certainly I'll use those maps as a starting point. They're not as useful for actual play, though.

    Mapping Infinity

There are some specific planes my PCs are likely to travel to. They are very likely to travel to the Abyssal layer of Shedaklah as Zuggtmoy is, mistress of the upper areas of that layer, is a major antagonist in the campaign. They may also travel to the Demonweb of Lolth to entreat her for aid...

    Gargantuan

You're saying that like that would be a good thing. You really think the Tarrasque should be that small? Furthermore, look at the picture. Looks a lot bigger than 20 feet tall to me.

    Mapping Infinity

I have recently come across a conundrum. How to map an infinite plane of existence wherein the rules don't work the same as they do in the natural world? I prefer to run sandbox games, wherein the PCs can explore as they wish. This would also apply to the planes theoretically. However to run...

You go around the keep, but cannot find any entrances other than the front entrance. You do see a grove of trees some distance behind the keep.

    Gods.Demigods and Heroes 3.5

I think that with regards to religion in D&D, the focus has been too much on who the Gods are and not the religion that people practice. Certainly, the mythos is important, but the practices, dogma and organization should not be neglected. Certainly they warrant more than a couple of paragraphs...

Hex Map of Kalimdor from Warcraft

I am presently working on a map of Kalimdor for a campaign I want to run set in the Warcraft Universe. It's a very large map, meant to be of a "realistic" scale. It's 3x4 sheets, each with 25x30 hexes, with each hex being 30 miles. Some things will be proportionately smaller than they are in...

    Raven Crowking's Fantasy Game

As you move around the keep you see that parts of it have collapsed into large piles of rubble. The piles of rubble are so high you can't see what's behind them. However you do hear guttural voices on the other side.

Hey sorry for not posting recently. I haven't been feeling too good lately. But I hope to get an update in the next couple of days, perhaps immediately.

The catapult is obviously pretty damaged, and there aren't any orcs nearby. If you had to guess, it was probably used in the war, about one hundred years ago. So, do you wish to enter the keep or perhaps do something else?

As you cross the bridge you can see the entrance to the keep. There is also a orcish catapult only a few yards from the keep.

Unfortunately Ulgen knows nothing about the tadpoles.

The tadpoles scatter as Scarven fills his water-skin in the stream.
