Res(Con) is not a flashy feat, but it is infinitely useful for a Cleric. Starting with 16 Con is icing on the cake. I probably wouldn't take another feat until Wis is maxed, but Magic Initiate would be a perfect fit at level 12 (or 8 if you're good with 18 Wis)

The best way to power up a Monk is to max Dex and Wis ASAP. Forget feats, forget multiclassing, pump those stats. It has been agreed upon from myself and my party that my 20 Dex, 20 Wis Monk of Long Death is pretty much OP

Well I like the 5e BECAUSE they're so strong, and no longer have the alignment restrictions, but I do think the smite should be tweaked a little. I do NOT like when smite is spammed to death. I obviously would never play that way in a normal campaign. My brother in law hates the 5e Pally...
