is there any reason for me to pick up the splats? I've heard good things about Complete Warrior and would much prefer having my character options in full-color hardcover books with updated 3.5 stats. Will I miss that much if I don't pick up the splats as well? Thanks, Nick

I don't take into account the synergy bonuses that were standardized in 3.5. Maybe that's my problem. Everything else I'm pretty sure I account for. Nick

D20 Modern comes to mind. The vast majority of the entries are incorrect. People on the D20 Modern boards said that this was a well-known problem. I don't see this as much with the 3.5 compatible products. I used to notice it more with the 3.0 stuff. Some of the monsters in the 3.0...

Is it me, or do most of the monster stat blocks in many 3rd party products and some WotC products contain inaccurate skill point calculations? If so, do designers do this because they think their creations should just have what they have or what? Thoughts? Nick
