Hm. Always felt that Half-elves got half of the cool stuff Elves got, and none of the cool stuff that Humans got. And thus, the shaft. :)

My main reasoning was this: Most folks max out these four skills anyways, if possible. Thus, making theme asier to max out gives characters more skill points to play with. This is, IMO, a good thing: it leads to more diverse characters.

So, I had this idea. What if you were to combine the skills Spot and Listen into a Perception skill, and the skills Hide and Move Silently into a Stealth skill? (Note: I'd leave Search as-is -- IMO it covers a very different sort of thing.) I've heard it mentioned that AEG's Mercenaries...

First impression? They look really cool. :)

I think (and might be wrong about this) that every skill in d20M is covered by one of the +2/+2 feats.

Last I'd heard, the Profession skills were still in, and used as a method for bumping up your Wealth score when you gained a level.

I believe the write-up for the Charismatic Hero mentions that spending an Action Point will be necessary for activating the Favor power. So they will probably serve a variety of functions -- though ones similar to the Action Dice from Spycraft will probably be in the mix.

So, does anyone know if they're using the VP/WP as in Shadowchasers, or switching back to HP? I was a little thrown by seeing HP in the Charismatic Hero write-up, but then the mentioned that the Tough Hero has "increased vitality"...
