I voted 30 seconds, but am willing to waste 5 minutes to get it right. I hate screwing up something because (good or bad) it unbalanced the game later, so in this case I like to ere on the cautious side. But it usually don't take longer than a minute.

I usually give the adventure a title, not a session. Of course I rarely tell the PCs what it is, but it does help my record keeping.

Your absolutely 100% right. I get asked this question at least once a night (another DM allows this). And I think this guy thinks I'll let him do it, though right now he doesn't have a rogue (or even a rogue in the party), so the question only pops up every other night.

I never use a screen (though I tried it in my 2e days), also I role out in the open (except for special rolls, like, oh I don't know, no I really can't think of a reason to hide the role).
