    If you try to feel all magic in the area and you miss the dc.. That means you can try it again in an different area, but the other area only after an extended rest.. So if the first time nothing comes up, move an few squares an try again..

    No.. Move 0 means you move 0 squares, and standing in one square, does not count as movement.. The same as that damage is alway's 1 or more.. or attack rolls 1 or more.. never less.. But you could be standing still and use stealth as part of an action..

    Like Spinmd said, if the person on the ground, doesnt have any winds left, you can only stabilize him or use an potion or something..

    Im not really familiar with warlocks, so i would guess stick first with all youre star powers, they are the best for the star pact build in bonus.. Otherwise, just read some powers and choose what you like, what they dont.. Dont optimize, funtimize..

    And.. teleportation is an interruption, but you cannot interrupt something that is not there because the one with the defender doesnt know where you will appear until you are there.. and then the action is already done..

    Yeah you enter one, but pole arm doesnt say anything specifick about teleportation.. so it isnt an specifik rule that ignores the teleportation rules..
