Incidentally, I am reminded of a unique character proposal I declined for my first PBEM. The character was a female elf who was "bi curious." The submitter went on to describe her character's body in detail, her tattoos, where and how she liked to be touched, etc.

The only thing I find curious is that the DM would single out halflings. In any event, I believe he is well within his rights to exclude "LGBT" characters from his game.

In my last PBEM game I created almost all the PCs and had interested players submit biographies for them. I then selected those players whose submissions I liked the best.
