I thought the idea was a "monster of the week" film? A film dealing with the mytharc would be a bad idea. Perhaps the next movie will deal with the 2012 scenario -aka the ending of the world - if there´s a next movie, of course. I´ve to wait until next sunday before I can watch it, grrrr.

16 lands? It should be impossible to play this deck - or almost any deck with so few mana sources - without mana fizzling. Have you really goldfished the deck properly? As a standard I´m usually playing at least 22-24 lands, depending on the deck. Even ultra-agressive decks needs lots of mana. Asmo

Before I can give you any advice I want to know what your mana base looks like. The deck contains 40 cards, and with the cards you´re playing, 20 lands isn´t enough, even with Rituals (if you want to play a 60 card deck). Asmo

I know that Snake Cult Initiation is out of discussion, but it´s a really great card that would fit perfectly in your deck. Put it on a River Boa :). Snake Basket is a nice card that would work well. And finally (I just can´t stop myself) I would play Snakeform because it´s so frickín cool and...

Well, in all fairness, I don´t think that Lord of the Pit is really that hot :) For me he´s pretty much the King of casual Magic.

Me? I would go for Lord of the Pit wich just screams Balrog to me. You also need some minions for him to feed on, and flavor wise Goblins would fit the bill perfectly. A bit mana intensive but fun card is from the latest set Eventide:Rise of the Hobgoblins You can fetch the Balrog using Buried...

Perhaps not the most casual card printed, but Æther Vial would be awesome in this deck with Relentless Rats. A truly sick card. Asmo

Kamigawa block had some really nice rat ninjas like Ink-Eyes, Servant of Oniand Okiba-Gang Shinobi. Some cool rat rogues like Nezumi Shortfang, Marrow-Gnawer and Nezumi Graverobber is worth checking out. There´s also some nice rat shamans, warriors and samurai to choose from. Asmo Duress

You need more rats! My suggestion is lots of Relentless Rats. 3 Choking Sands feels kind of random, why not 4 Wastelands and 1 Strip Mine? 4 Hymns are better than 3, so try to get one extra. If you going with disruption, why not include some Duress? I would also replace Bone Harvest with Bad...
