Maybe every other round, a player used their action to eat or take a bite of something. Thereby taking them out of combat every other round?

Can the effects of one artifact override the effects of another artifact? Example: a player has an artifact that makes them immune to Fear and Charm... Can another artifact override that? Sent from my SM-N910V using Tapatalk
