Best Base class from WotC books outside the Core 11?

Well, the psychic warrior, psion and spirit shaman would be on the top of my list, with a special nod to the OA samurai, but since you left them off, i'd have to go with scout, warlock and artificer, in that order.

Imp Grapple ? (Can Natural attack sub for Imp Unarmed?)

It is if you're an hamatula. Improved Grapple isn't designated as a bonus feat, and it has precisely the number of feats that a 12 HD creature should have.

    The Nintendo Revolution

Good news on the whole downloading old games issue: http://gamesradar.msn.co.uk/news/default.asp?pagetypeid=2&articleid=36071&subsectionid=1587 Every single Nintendo-made NES/SNES/N64 game downloadable for free? Excellent.[/Mr. Burns]

    The Nintendo Revolution

We already know that the Rev's controllers will be wireless, so the popular belief around the 'net is that those ports at the top of the Rev are for GC controllers. The ports are the same shape as those on the GC and share the same dot-based numbering (*/**/***/****).

    The X-Box 360

You might be able to get Goldeneye and other Rare games through this service. IIRC, throughout the Snes, N64 and early-GC era, Rare was a second-party developer, with Nintendo publishing most of their games. At one point, Ninty held as much as 49% of Rare's stock. While i certainly don't know...

Base classes with Gather Info as a class skill

Ninja (Complete Adeventurer) Seer (Expanded Psionics Handbook) Spellthief (Complete Adventurer) Telepath (Expanded Psionics Handbook) I believe that's it.

    The X-Box 360

Yeah, IIRC, for a while there, Sony's game division was actually the most profitable division in the entire company. They must have taken a real bath on the PS2 to be behind now. That's why the article only compared profit margins for the game divisions of Sony and MS. Comparing li'l ol'...

    The X-Box 360

As drothgery mentioned, Nintendo has never lost money on any of its consoles; every Nintendo console has sold for profit from day 1. It's a major reason why Ninty is still around and kicking after coming in dead last in two consecutive console generations. (The primary reason being their...

    Are shifters too powerful?

Shifter Savagery. Read the Special line, though; the damage increase from Shifter Savagery does not stack with any other effect that increases damage, such as Improved Natural Attack. The only exception is spells or abilities that increase your size, such as enlarge person, and, hence, your...

Liefeld to draw issues of Teen Titans. Comics fans mourn.

I see he hasn't lost his aversion to drawing feet. 5 characters - 1 visible foot. You'd think that after all this time the guy would actually learn how to draw feet.

    What's your favorite video game?

I can never quite decide between Super Metroid and Castlevania: Symphony of the Night. After those two, it's a big jumbled mess with Fallout 2, Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic 1 & 2, Final Fantasy Tactics, Metroid Prime, Resident Evil 4, Ico, Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, and Soul...

Possibly two Villains in Spider-Man 3

Ya know, i don't know whether to thank the guy for this or to punch him in the face. I really, really dislike the Venom character. Looking back on it, though, i don't know if my distaste for him was merely fueled by Larson's portrayal or if that was what generated it. Kind of a chicken and...

    LOST 3/30/05 Spoilers!

As cool as the light coming on inside the hatch was, this part was the juciest bit of the episode IMHO. After Boone says that he is a survivor of flight 815, the man on the other end of the radio responds: "There were no survivors of flight 815."

    Lost 2/16/05 Spoilers!!!

"It'll come back around." That's what both the whispering and Frank said. (A long time ago, i got into the habit of watching tv with closed captioning on, and now i have a hard time getting by without it.:))

You're a 3.5 Conjurer. What are your opposed schools?

Enchantment and Evocation; if i want to charm people, i'll play a telepath, and if i want to blast people, well, Conjuration has me more than covered. I realize Necromancy is generally regarded as a weak school, but it's my favourite and, evil SOB that i am, i can never quite seem to give it up. :p

I got Races of the Wild, you got the questions

Maybe i just find it annoying and a tad ridiculous that if i want to play a character with a powerful, kick-ass animal buddy, i have to play a shapeshifting spellcaster. (No, rangers, with only half their level adding to the animal companion, don't count here; it simply isn't a big enough boost...

Have they finally made a feat that allows non-druids/rangers to get an animal companion?
