Darn. Considering the XP put into permanancy is more than it takes to make a magic item, which is not dispelled forever ... the description of the permanent spells in Savage Species had me hoping this spell would actually be useful.

If a wizard of higher level dispels a spell another wizard has permanantly cast on himself, for how long is the spell dispelled? (Finally found a way phrase a question I've been asking and not gaining the answer I was hoping to hear ... now to learn if I like it.)

I'll be honest, I've always houseruled the IQ bonus to Guns to be a little less right off the bat. I like the GULLIVER add-on when it is simpler, and there's a table that's PG-rated for these kind of bonuses. Also, I don't let you have that bonus from DX default, though in an RPG with Guns, few...
