Oh, I agree, nothing's perfect. It's just that while some of it is less than obvious, some should have been caught by a basic word processor. That's the only complaint I have about the product, mind you. I think you guys do fantastic work, so I guess I hold you to a higher standard than the norm.

Got mine Saturday. Thanks, Phil! Looks good - my only complaint, a minor one, is that the pages are not even on the outer side edge, so flipping through it is a bit awkward. Otherwise, production quality is very nice. I look forward to reading through it in detail.

I don't know what to say. As a dad of two young kids, I can only begin to imagine the pain of their loss. My heart and best wishes go out to them.

More interesting is the two of them being on flip sides of the coin. I'd think they both would have equally good information on what's happening in the industry, and would tend to agree if not on business models, at least on direction of the whole thing.
