Between 1992-2000 I saw probably four characters that wanted psionics, had the stats to make it worth it, and managed to make the required roll. We played a lot of 1e/2e back then...every weekend at least 12 hours. We never used 2e style psioncs except during a single darksun campaign.

Appearing in 4e should not count...that was the time of darkness. I would rather see orog or firbolg before any more shy poor mans half giants.

I prefer the implementation in 1e. Its very alien to the core game and it takes special luck to get it, and that's assuming its even allowed. Then if you do get it, what you can do is dependent on good stats and some nice rolling. Then do you even really want it? Fighting a Mind Flayer or Pit...

I like both and you can use any material from both on the fly which is amazing. After all these years they pretty much have morphed into one system in my mind. 😁

Yes, a non casting ranger would be nice and I don’t want some fighter/thief scout subclass.

But they were out at the time 1e wa going strong and a lot of people did consider Dragon material official (especially errata).

Two weapon fighting using a bonus action is the real problem for us, and having Dual Wielder remove that is what we use. That’s all the ranger needs at our table.

I find the kids gloves version of 5e saving throws kind of boring and prefer the way it’s done in older editions. Save or suck adds lots of tension and is fun as hell.

I think its just an unfortunate over site, because wizards definitely need a boost. One boost we have given them is to allow them to concentrate on two spells with a feat. Has worked pretty well, and given them a small nudge towards wizards of older editions.

Great movie. Nice to get a comic book movie with depth that has a lot to say. An R rated movie hitting 1 billion with out China would be amazing.

Just get the item removed and sell it.

Year or so of downtime, but fast forward.... If it’s a time sensitive adventure then it will have to wait. The feat you would be stuck with.

That’s odd, we had lots of characters reach name level in different campaigns (including Demi-human multiclass).

I do like it, and think it would be better than the default rules. My preferred method would be something like how 1e/2e does it, but that is probably not very popular.
