My favorite one-on-one fights comes up a tie: Vader vs. Kenobi in Revenge of the Sith, and the short duel but still cool-as-hell fight in Equilibrium at the end of the movie. My favorite skirmish scene is from Braveheart, followed by the end battle in ROTK.
