    Obvious best race/class combos.

Human: any class that has three at-will powers you want. - Wizard, Rogue. If WotC releases more at-wills in upcoming splatbooks then humans will become even better. Tieflings and Half-Elves: while reading the comments above I had the thought that they should swap stat bonuses. Tieflings seem...

    Multiclass Feat Weirdness?

I was going to post a nearly identical comment but I thought it was Massawyrm who said it. Has anyone come up with good uses of the multiclassing feats, except for the entry feats and access to Paragon Paths? They seem so expensive for what you get.

Is there a reason you do not take a multi-class feat

Or you don't meet the stat requirement of the ones you want.

    D&D 4E 4e, Non-Martial Characters, and Limited Feat Choices

Also, as I understand it a whole lot of the 4e skills are based on Wis and Cha, so a laser cleric will be very good at those he trains.

D&D 4E Obligatory dump stats in 4e: the irrelevance of Intelligence

So: i) You need an Intelligence of X to gain the Linguist feat, and the Linguist feat is the only way ever(*) of learning new languages? What is X btw? 11, 13, 15 Int? (*) At least until splat books come out.

Clerics need a wis of 20.

Shouldn't every 4e class benefit in the same way from a high primary stat? They all have the same power progression and their powers all have much better effects when they hit rather than miss. Why is the 4e cleric exceptional?

    Adventure: Treasure of Talon Pass?

Scott Rouse has a post up on his blog showing some photos of the Cubicle of Elemental Evil. One of them shows this terrifying sight: "Treasure of Talon Pass" by David Noonan (I think) Has this been mentioned anywhere before? I can't see it on Wizard's 2008 product list.

    Excerpt: Archons (merged)

I don't have any problem with the Archons looking a lot like Angels: according to their fluff, they were created as cheap knock-offs of Angels by the Primordials. I don't think they're really that interesting as monsters, though.

    Character Sheet Released

Is there an amulet mentioned? I though the neck slot was meant to be for bonuses to F/R/W defences. None of these defences seem to have an enhancement bonus. I think it might have +3 armour and shield to go with its +3 longsword, but no +3 amulet.
