What issue of Dragon is the Nightsong classes from?

Are there any good rogue prestige classes? I think Song & Silence utterly failed in it's deliverance of prestige classes for either class (bard/rogue). I think the most interesting ones are Assassin, Shadowdancer, Guild Thief and Arcane Trickster. Geez... what's a rogue to do...

Taking 20 thru an entire dungeon is a DM's dream come true! That's 6 seconds per 10' foot times 20.... so a 20x20 room takes 120 x 4 = 480 seconds or 8 minutes... let's see... You can easily kill low level buffs in one level of a dungeon if the players are taking 20. Not to mention if there...

Pass without trace seems to imply that you leave no scent behind, applying specifically to tracking.... however... using that as a base might give a mage something to work with. =)

Is there a way to defeat blindsight? The only way I can come up with is going invisible, then using the psionic power control air to kill air movement and scent, use fly to prevent tremors on the floor and create silence around you. Any other ideas?

Funny thing is... BBB is 9500gp... meaning you can make it for 4750. 5 3rd level spells are 600gp each to scribe, for a total of 3000. Say you also scribe 5 2rd level spells at 400gp each... that's another 2000.... that's 5000. Definately worth creating the book. Is it worth buying...
