Charming someone without their consent is a hostile act. Who knows what subliminal suggestions will have been implanted in the victims mind? I suggest your NPC would change his opinion on the PC who charmed them from neutral to hostile.

From now on I guess all dragons will have protection from good cast on them, or hava a ring or amulet, as this will block the blighters right in their tracks. This saves wasting a feat for great cleave instead of hover or fly by attack.
