I would say no. There was a similiar thread to this one but pertaining to TWF feat. Someone posted a response from the Sage saying you couldn't use them together it is an either or thing. If I can find that thread I'll post it here. Bryan

Interesting. If you are right then I can't wait to have my monk become 20th level and I'll be taking the entire TWF chain. With FOB I'd get 5 attacks with the TWF chain I'd get what, three more attacks on top of that for off hand attacks? So I'll have 8 attacks with a weapon. Why would a monk...

TWF feat doesnt grant you an extra attack. If you can stack them then a 20th lvl monk would get 6 attacks (more if you allow ITWF and GTWF into this). Taking an off-hand attack is a full round action and so is FOB. You can't take two full round actions. So any way you cut that cake you only can...

It grants another regular attack not another offhand attack. TWF does not apply until you take an off-hand attack. So if I had a lvl one fighter and I had a weapon with speed I woudl get +1/+1 attack OR I could take 3 attacks (one being offhand) regardless if I was using the FoB or TWF rules...

Does the book say the TWF and FOB stack? A lvl one monk gets 1 attack. Using a quarter staff with FOB gives him 2 attacks @ -2. A lvl one monk using a quarter staff with TWF gets 2 attacks at -[insert two weapon fighting penalty here]. Unless I am missing something here FoB is the better...
