In my game, Harkover Lee managed to dispel both the bonds on the party and the city with a single dispel magic (and two great ability checks) on the red contessa.

Book 12 is with DTRPG for pre-validating the files before I send it to Morrus. It is the biggest adventure in the series (book 4 has more pages, but it was released before I tightened up the layout).
