I would much rather see wisdom modify reflex, and intelligence could be kept for will saves... Wisdom represents perception, intuition, instict; intelligence on the other hand is rational thinking, which to me has nothing to do with reflex...
Since it is also a swedish name, you could write it as the dragon, björn... Silly name for a dragon, though :p
Also, on topic, I like the new tiefling... I might even consider playing one when I want to play something that is not a dwarf...

That makes 17... Add ride (seems reasonable) for 18... I have a feeling I've read somewhere that 18 is the total number?
My guess is that it doesn't mean anything, other than:
Elfs (+dex and +wis) are good rogues because Dexterity is important to rogues, clerics because wisdom is important to clerics and rangers because they have great us of both wis and dex..
Races are a better fit for certain classes, but it...
The elf article did too, I believe.
elf -> Ranger, Rogue, Cleric
tiefling -> Warlord, Warlock, Rogue
Seems likely that all races will get three "favoured" classes...
I see three possibilities:
1. The bard is an arcane leader, and will be in phb1, but this is still a secret
2. The bard is an arcane leader, and will not be in phb1, but in the arcane power source book
3. The bard is not arcane, and will be released with phb2...
I for one am certainly hoping...
I don't have my book with me, but I think this is mentioned in Races and Classes...
I actually believe that the thing is that fighters aren't expected to have high dexterity, and thus heavy armour is the way to go... If that is the case, you could go with a light armour fighter, but perhaps...
Even though I hate the rest of the article, here's an interesting line...
Expected perhaps, but this confirms that 2-weapon fighting will be the domain of rangers?
