    Dex vs. AC

    If the power uses the Weapon keyword, I imagine you get the weapon's proficiency bonus. Likewise for an Implement (though it appears basic implements do not have proficiency bonuses) So a power that was Dex vs AC WITH the Weapon keyword would be: 1d20 + 1/2 Level + DEX mod + Weapon Proficiency...

    I've run a handful of 1-night adventures using the DDX characters (and a human rogue we've engineered with the available powers) The monsters work very well, but a couple could use a few tweaks here and there to spice them up a little. Mechanically, I haven't had a problem with any of them...
