There's some small tweaks I made, but the most important announcement is that I'm greenlighting it's launch and now it's available in both Drive and Open Office formats as well as its original Excel version. Here is the link to its Google Drive page.

Added an AP page where you can chart the APs you gain and spend and it will keep track in the main page, as well as expand the names of skills so they're easier to understand.
