Yes, you do. Different looking tieflings were quite common before 4E so why not? Magadon Kest from the Erevis Cale novels wasn´t recognized as a tiefling on first look (only small horns and some minor other things).

Same here. And the really high shipping costs to Germany. I know shipping is quite expensive but I backed the Creature Codex and the shipping costs were a lot smaller than at this one.

I did a short research: Essen 2017 had about 182.000 visitors with 1.100 exhibitors from 51 countries. But Essen is mainly a boardgame fair with roleplaying and table-top just using one hall. There is the RPC, too...but sadly no numbers of visitors anywhere.
