I'd rule no, because the invisible enemy obviously isn't obstructing your aim. I might have the archer roll a "mysterious" percentage die though, since they'd have a good chance of hitting the enemy between them and their target by mistake.

I have a DM who does things like this a lot - he's trying to do something cool and his pacing accelerates as a result, but our group is a ranger, a battlemind, an artificer, and a bard. That's a hell of a lot of interrupts, and pretty much every time he takes a shortcut it screws something up.

I try to vary the tactics depending on the NPC in question, similarly to how you do, reserving PC-like tactics for creatures I want to really test them with. Tembos are intelligent, for the record. Just really really mean.

I'm still mildly resentful that this is basically more support for the races that already get basically all the support, but that being said there are some pretty cool powers in there and I like the idea. Hopefully they keep releasing these.
