+0 LA Elemental Template or Race?

Hi all,
I'm thinking of including some elemental-themed PC races ("Children of the Earth" or somesuch) in my new campaign - does anyone know of any +0 LA races or templates I could use? I'd be equally happy with either.

I *think* the Mephlings from Planar Handbook are LA 0, but I may be wrong...
