0 level adventures

We played the 0-level "Legends are Made, not Born" module. It was a lot of fun. I ran it and my players enjoyed it. It comes with pre-gen characters and is not that deadly. It's tough, but it includes a lot of healing potions. The ogre in it is crippled because he's drunk.

The two toughest encounters were the ghast and the sheep. They had to stop the sheep from making noise and the ghast was one of those "only if the players open the door" encounters. There was no reason for them to do it.

All in all, it was fun. :)

"Does that book (from Goodman Games) actually include the rules for 0-level characters, or do they just assume that "0-level" is 1st-level with the number filed off?"

I believe the PC's are CR1/2 NPC-class characters, like "expert" or "adept".

The adventure is designed for 6 NPC-classed level 1 characters. The pre-genned characters are 1 warrior, 1 aristocrat, 1 commoner, 2 experts, and 1 adept.
