10000 gp to spend - on what?

So I have a Mahasarpa character:

Arjay Bharanda Male Kokaha Human - 2nd level Yavana(Barbarian)/4th level Baladhara(Psychic Warrior).

and 10000gp.

He fights with a Kukri and I want him to emulate a Tiger in melee combat - what should I buy? (is a Body Feeder Kukri worthwhile?)

Are Psychoactive Skins a good choice? Skin of the Claw cost to much (but then I could save up) but what about Chameleon (+ 15 Hide) and Nimbleness (+10 Tumble) Skins?

10.000 gp? That's a tough one... Because two of the most usefull items in the DMG both cost exactly that! I'm thinking of the Stone of Good Luck and of course Boots of Speed. Both are absolutely brilliant!
