Greetings!
(20) Mycenean
(21) Dorians (The folks who conquered the Greeks in 1200 BC and caused a Dark Age)
(22) The Trojans, of course.

If one distinguishes a difference (because the Trojans seem to act pretty much the same, and the archaeological cultures seem different) I'd suggest the Achaians/Greeks of Homer's Iliad and Odyssey. A fierce warrior culture with a huge emphasis on status and competition amongst the community of noble warriors.

Another culture worth mentioning which Atridis did mention in passing is ancient Nubia or "Kush" as I believe they called themselves.

Here are some more not mentioned
- the Maori of New Zealand (although they could be filed under Polynesian?)
- Aborigines of Australia
- the Haida of the west coast of Canada (and U.S.? I'm unsure)
- medieval Finns (Kalevela etc)
- medieval Iceland - Viking settlers, but they developed an interesting decentralized government system
- for an interesting political situation... Revolutionary France
