20. Cloak of Indefinitely Blowing Wind - There always appears to be a draft blowing this cloak around (I had a player actually buy this for his rogue so he always looks amazing while standing infront of people).
You know, I added this feature to a cloak of flying one time and several characters were fighting over who got to wear it. None of them needed the flying, they just thought the cloak was cool.

Libram of Ineffable Tarnation-- causes the reader to henceforth speak like Yosemite Sam.

Veil of Obscurity-- the wearer gets a +30 bonus on Knowledge (Useless information) checks. Sort of like Cliff Clavin.

Hat of Change-- Magically exchanges any coin put inside it for an equal value of the next lower denomination, less 10%.

Potion of Indivisibility-- When quaffed, causes an effect that lasts 24 hours, where the drinker suffers 1d6 damage if any body parts are removed.

Wand of Wander-- A ranged touch attack causes the target to feel like taking a walk later in the day to relax.

Helmet of dragon detection - broadcasts wearer's location and thoughts to all dragons within 100 miles.

Coin of the Styx - possession of this grants passage to any outer plane. Only works when you're dead, and it's one-way.

34. Potion of vigorous memory. Drink this potion if you don't want to forget something. The potion helps you by putting you in great pain for many hours. You probably won't soon forget that you drank the potion, which ought to help you keep in mind why you did so.

35. The Apparatchik of Kwalish. It's hard to maintain a political game.

36. The Minutiad. (minor artifact) You can double check, and correct if need be, any statement made within 30'. Lowers your Charisma by 10 while in your possession.
