Quicksilver Ring - Ring provides an extra move-equivalent action for one round, and can be used as many times as you like per day. However, activation requires rotating the ring all the way around your finger once, which is a move-equivalent action.

Potion of Freedom of Movement - Helps with irritable bowels.

Ring of Elemental Control - Activation immediately places you under the command of a random elemental creature that is within its range.

Ring of Sleep - when activated by the wearer, causes wearer to take a nap.

Amulet of Time Stop - Wearer can activate this item to produce the same effect as the Time Stop spell. However, the spell treats the (unintelligent) amulet as the caster, and does not spare the wearer from the stop.

Easy. Have a familiar or a cohort rotate the ring for you.

Ring of Sleep - when activated by the wearer, causes wearer to take a nap.

Hey, I could use one of those.

Badge of Homer - causes the wearer to exclaim "D'oh!" and slap his forehead anytime someone within 30' does something stupid.

Badge of Gory - Whenever the wearer is wounded, even for 1 point of damage, gallons and gallons of blood fountain from the wound, spraying everyone within 10 feet. Everyone in the area (including the wearer) must make Balance checks to move through the now-slippery area.

Shield of the severed hand - and you know whose hand gets severed by it, right? That's right, the wielder's.

Rhino Hide armor - wearer cannot be detected by rhinos.

Millenium Chainmail - first PC to see it exclaims "What a heap of junk!" Works only for rogues. Wearer can move surprisingly fast, but it has an annoying tendency to jam up and stop working at just the wrong moment. Somethimes this can be remedied by giving the suit a good whack and muttering "You hear me, armor? Hold together!".

Bottle of Hair.
QUOTE]

Hey I know a couple of good plot hooks for that one.

Belt of needless encumbrance - belt automatically readjusts its weight to the maximum allowable weight carried by a person with strength one higher than your own.

Belt of Waitlessness: Makes the wearer extremely impatient.

Gloves of Shocking Grasp: Gives a harmless electrical jolt to anyone you shake hands with. Popular among gnomes.

Water of Wetness: Moistens subject it's poured on.

Boots of Walking: These boots are made for walking, and that's just what they'll do.

Ship-in-a-bottle: This bottle has a small replica of a ship in it. If the ship is removed from the bottle, it will turn into a full-size sailing ship. Unfortunately, the only way to do that is to break the bottle, which destroys the enchantment.

Dice of Chaos: When thrown, this pair of six-sided dice draw upon pure, primal chaos to generate a random number between 2 and 12, weighted towards the center of the range.
