Fantasy novels close enough? i was serious about naming a daughter Galadriel, and calling her "Gala" for short. My wife hated the idea, though. Probably for the best, and at least the negotiation also cut out some of her ideas that I hated. (We were not naming a daughter after my given name and calling her "Stevie," 70's rockers notwithstanding.) ;)

I've always thought that 'Meriadoc' (the hobbit Merry Brandybuck) would be a good name. It apparently even has Celtic roots and is the name of a saint, too.

Moonbeam Zappa (insert surname here) - from a drunken hippie encounter that also involved hallucinogens and kaleidoscopes

Van Diesel Dweezel - from the marriage of 2 powerful pop culture ico... ah, forget it. However both were spawned by Tron. That's gotta count for something, right?

Tron - because, really, who wouldn't?

Greatful Bred - because good genes breed lots of Greatfulness

Asmodeus - I forget where that comes from
Orcus - Asmodeus' much more evil twin sister (these 2 should be a set)
"Brain" Slaad "Surgery" - in case of triplets. Brain, and Surgery are really just affectionate nicknames. You know how baby children always get the cute nick-names.
