46) All loot is now completely random and simply may not be usable by any member of the party.

47) You can get the same exact magic item from multiple monsters.

48) Monsters can carry treasure that has nothing to do with what they are, couldn't possibly fit in the monster's pockets, and which the monster will never try to use against you. (Where exactly did that moth have the two-handed sword it just dropped?)

49) Every so often, monsters shout "Evade", run back to their starting location, and refresh to full hit points and full spells.

50) Every few weeks, you can't play because the DM is down for maintenance.

51) You have to run back to town and pay someone to teach you abilities when you level. It takes no time, but more money as you go up. (wasn't something like this in older editions?)

52) New classes are released, but you can only play one if you go to the store and show proof that you've maxed out a previous character.

53) Many of your heroic quests devolve into getting bread for a commoner or a book from across the room.

54) You cannot level until you say "Ding!"

55) If you don't get through a dungeon fast enough, monsters respawn behind you and eventually on you.

56) Your DM must run the same high level adventure for you over and over and over and over.... until you quit playing D&D or until another book/adventure comes out.

57) If your DPR isn't high enough the group leader will talk to you before kicking you from the game.

58) If you're a cleric or other healer and someone dies, it's obviously your fault.

59) All rangers must have names like Legolazzzz and Driiizt

60) All weapons sizes are increased 2 to 3 times what they were before.

#62 The Quest reward items will never be for your class. Unless you're playing a warrior type.

#63 Paladin armor looks like dresses.

#64 Item maintenence. Items corrode or break and the player must spend gold to be repaired.

#65 Some dungeons need thirty people to play and there must be a specific way to beat the boss or everybody is wiped in the first attack.

#66 Holiday event quests.

#67 Flying broom. (sorry, but I loved having one of those).

#68: A player's character is always more powerful than your own and can kill you in one hit or one second flat no matter how powerful you are.

69) If you end a session at an inn or in a major city, in the next session the GM hands out XP in blue ink, and you get twice as much!

Forgot one:

70) Get Felicia Day to play, then make a funny web series about it.

71. If you are playing on a Tuesday night, you may be required to have a 15 minute break in the middle, during which all players must go for a drive around the block. IF everyone shows up again afterward, you can continue playing where you left off.

72. That's IF you are playing on a Tuesday night. 90% of the time you just can't.

73. In order to level non combat skills, you must manufacture goods or gather supplies. You must tell the DM individually for each good that you manufacture or gather. ie "I pick a peacebloom" counts as one gathering attempt while "I make one rusty longsword" counts as one manufacturing attempt.

74. Skills are now measured in 10ths of a point.

75. Advancing 1/10th of a point in a skill requires that you make at least one item or gather one item. 90% of the time you will not get a point from an attempt.

76. In order to wear certain articles of clothing, you must have the tailoring skill above a certain level.

77a. You need to pay your DM to play, either on a monthly basis or a one-time payment (in advance) for a specific number of hours of play.

77b. Alternatively, you can play for free, but only if the DM isn't too busy, and the DM will interrupt the game regularly to tell you that if you pay him, you can play any time, and you can also get more gold and access to better equipment, classes and quests.
