44) The first words from your DM when s/he finishes looking over your character sheet is "Ummm. . . Yea. . . Now about this right here. . . "

45) If you use the poit buy system and 1 ability point equals 1 buy point ;-)

46.) Your character is a psion (this is for every game I have played in , but not in the ones _I_ run.)

47.) Your GM grabs a Forgotten Realms book and you grab DragonStar.

48.) Your character uses 3rd party suppliements to make his psion. (ditto)

49.) Your GM raises an eyebrow when you say "but with this book and THAT book, I can get a +11 Hide for my 1st elven ranger."

50.) Your GM thinks RPGA living games are "too radical" in their house rules.

51.) You bring in your 3e books and you discover your GM has a signed poster of ol' G.G. in his living room.

52.) You come to a new gaming group with two characters, a Dwarven wizard and a Dwarven Ranger as a second pick. Then your DM sets demihuman level limits and mutters "This is not 'really' D&D. If you want to see the TRUE game ..."

53.) Your highest stat in your Rogue is his intellgence. STR was a dump stat for a -1 and your highest skills are in Intimdate, Diplomacy and Hide (Godfather concept.) The GM sends back your PC sheet with edits that include high ranks in Pick Pockets and Disable Trap and your Charisma is your dump stat. (Dungeon Delver Concept.)

54. ) You ask for a race with wings ... and gills.

55.) You take the Samuri class to represent your honorable hero with a clan heirloom ... for your half-orc PC.

56) Your character is entirely based on one particular sourcebook - only in your case, it's the Book of Vile Darkness.

18 Hitpoints are listed in scientific notation.

19 Under Armor Class it says "Don't worry about it".

20 Your saves are listed as "Yes".

I actually had a character in a system based on modified D20 where I wrote it like that. Of course, at that point, I was level 99(as high as you could go in that system without being a true god) and a godkiller.

57. You choose your Paladin feats so that you can switch over to Blackguard after 10th level...
One of my players almost always does that when creating a Paladin. :p
