• NOW LIVE! Into the Woods--new character species, eerie monsters, and haunting villains to populate the woodlands of your D&D games.

101 Ways to tell your Dungeon Master is not going to allow your character...

60. You start a discussion with your new DM with the words: "All the races in the players handbook are boring."

61. You ask your DM if it would be possible to have the PCs start at a level higher than 1st so that you can have (fill in the blank) ECL sub-race from an obscure sourcebook unrelated to the DMs campaign.

62. You come to your DM with your elaborate plan to achieve (fill in obscure supplement prestige class here) as rapidly as possible.

65 your character is actually a group of smaller characters who join together to form a single stronger character. Your discription of the character is "he's sort of like Voltron but with Halflings instead of Lions."

66 Your first question during character creation is "Are skeletons considered a race?"

67 your alignment is Lawful Cool.

68 Your character is designed around your favorite professional wrestler, who you plan to mimic throughout the game.

70) You use Permanent Haste Items

71) Your Lich is Immune to Turning, Rebuking, the Hunter of the Dead's ability, wears a Ring of Deflection +5, Ring of the Necromancer, Ring of Darkhidden, Ring of Invisibility, Periapt of Wisdom +6, Phylactery of Faithfulness, Headband of Intellect +6, Circlet of Blasting (Major), Belt of Giant Strength +2, and more belts, headbands, third eyes, gloves, etc all because of the interpretation of spell that were clearly intended for living casters, but were pulled out of context. (  .)
