Oh I hope that we can come! However - I will say - it's right near my birthday and if we do make it, I demand that there be a white cake with pink frosting!

We both know this will never work. I'd give you the cake and say, "I made you a cake." and you would say, "Thank you." and I would smile at you and you'd smile back and then you'd say, "Wait, why are you smiling? What did you put in the cake?!" and I'd say, "Nothing." but I'd also laugh and then you'd say, "You DID put something in the cake!" and I'd laugh some more and you'd say, "There's no way in hell I'm eating that cake!"

Why don't I just give you some money and you can buy yourself a cake when you get home?


And Funeris, I wish I could but my wife has been very patient with me insofar as I went to GenCon and the NC Game Day over a period of around 3 weeks. I've been married long enough to know when NOT to push it. Though, interestingly, if the VA/MD/DC Game Day could have been a bit sooner then I could have made it as my wife is planning on taking my daughter up to Virginia to visit some friends without me. If it gets pushed earlier then I'll have to check my schedule again.

I'd like to come to Terpcon or whatever. From what I gather, it's on the 29th of October in College Park. (I actually had to search this whole thread to find that so I figured if I put that here, it might be easier to find.)

I don't want to register yet because I am not sure if I will be free yet. I have to be in NYC the week earlier.
