I'd like to come to Terpcon or whatever. From what I gather, it's on the 29th of October in College Park. (I actually had to search this whole thread to find that so I figured if I put that here, it might be easier to find.)

I don't want to register yet because I am not sure if I will be free yet. I have to be in NYC the week earlier.

Hello other Maryland area gamers.
:) [peer pressure] You should really come. All the coolest MD residents are doing it![/peer pressure] ;)

Peter,
Terpcon is free. 100% absolutely free.

On a similar note, I would like to announce that player registration for games will begin Monday, September 19th, at 2:00. So mark the date and don't be late (or something like that). Also, GMs, remember that having your game up beforehand will probably mean that your game will fill faster.

Hey! There are a couple of us from Virginia as well, such as Cthulhu's Librarian and myself (both from Charlottesville actually) who will be attending. One an ENnies Judge, and the other a winner of a Silver ENnie in 2004 (who also happens to work for a game company as well hehe). :D

Puh-lease. We all know that the coolest people live in the city, and that the rest of you are just a bunch of suburban rubes from the sticks. :p

:) I've only lived in MD for 2 months - before that it was 2 years in VA. :)

:D You have no idea. The town I grew up in wouldn't even qualify as "suburban". It barely qualified as a township (i.e. very small town spread over a larger area). Shoot, Charlottesville covers about the same acreage as where I grew up, but it has a population density about 1000 times greater (or more).

Been in Va for a little more than 2 years now (I can tell cause my son is now a seventh grader - he was in fifth when we moved up here). I can count, I have an edumacation! :D

Wow, Cutter, that sounds excellent! Count me in. I'm originally from that "Blue Mountain" area. Actually, I just moved to VA less than a month ago. But not from there.

I feel like I'm not making sense. I'll stop now.

Virginia here as well....(for the moment...who knows when my chaotic aspect will kick back in and whisk me off to another state)...
