First of all thanks to the organizers for putting together the gameday.
A big round of applause for The Universe and his blast-from-the-past 'Conspiracy in Cabot Cove'. For those that missed it..
Freakin' brilliant.
Also, many thanks to Matthew Cutter, who ran an excellent game of Savage Worlds where colonial mercenaries battled demon-worshipping Hessians.
And finally, thanks to the players of my 'Serenity' game for not only providing me with a chance to play God in the 'Verse, but for taking it easy on me (this was the first time I'd run the system). Not to mention proving that you can never fire a shot and still have fun in an RPG.
It's always a pleasure to get to meet the folks from around here, or see those I've met before again. The fact that I've met a ton of people I'd game with again in an instant is wonderful, but the amazing thing is I've not met anyone I wouldn't game with again. Just a great bunch of people. Can't wait till Spring!
Oh, and for those that asked (which was pretty much everyone that wandered by) the map tiles were from Skeleton Key Games and the ship designs from Ronin Arts. The colony ship map was about 40sq feet of tactical-scale map all told.

Jonathan Higgins (from Magnum PI) had Remington Steele brainwashed to kill Jessica Fletcher so that no one would find out he was really Robin Masters.
Freakin' brilliant.
