2 Domain/Spell questions

Hey all,

First, with domain spells, you get +1 spell every spell level, and so if the BBEG has say the epic feat that grants him 10th lvl spells, does he have +1 to the spell slots? Reserved for metamagicked domain spells?

Secondly, lets say you have a Divine/Arcane Caster (i.e. both) are his arcane prohibited schools prohibited for the Divine/Domain side as well?

Yes.
