I'm not sure. I would think so, if you had Multidexterity/Multiweapon Fighting, since you can fight with two shortswords and a pair of blade boots.

I don't see anything in the Faq that suggests you can make two-handed attacks, and then an armor spike attack.

In fact, I sent this to the sage a month or so ago, and got this back:
If you are wielding a two-handed weapon, could you also make an armor
spike attack?

I recommend not.

He goes on to answer what you could do, if you really wanted to - strength bonus on the weapon, +1/2 on the offhand.

If someone were to take multiweapon fighting, perhaps this could be allowed. But I'd make multiweapon fighting have high prereqs if I allowed a pc to take it.

A standard human ranger, lvl 1, if allowed to take multiweapon fighting, could make 5 attacks in a round. Longsword, spiked shield, spiked armor, blade boot, blade boot. You could argue that they could add a horned headband, or a mounted mechanical scorpion tail. Or anything. It gets nasty.

D&D FAQ 5 6/13/02
-----
If a monk wields a one-handed weapon, can he use his
unarmed damage if he kicks or headbutts someone? Or
does the monk have to actually be unarmed to get this
damage? What if the monk is armed with a two-handed
weapon?

A monk wielding a one-handed weapon (other than a special
monk weapon, see previous answer) can use the rules for
fighting with two weapons and can use his unarmed strike as an
off-hand attack, with all the appropriate penalties (see page 39
in the Player's Handbook). The unarmed strike is considered a
light weapon.
Although the Player's Handbook only mentions using the
unarmed attack as an off-hand attack, there's no reason why a
monk couldn't make his unarmed attack his primary attack. In
this case, the monk still must use his (lower) armed attack rate.
If the monk wields a two-handed weapon, he can use a kick
or similar attack as an off-hand attack. This works just like an
off-hand attack made along with a one-handed weapon attack.

Note that although this entry is listed under the monk section, it does not nessesarilly pertain solely to monks and could be freely interchanged with melee/range attacks.

Thats why I tossed it out. Only Shifters and Druids and NPC's get access to MultiWeapon Fighting and Multi-Dex.

(getting silly)

According to the core books, armor spikes on a suit of armor count as a separate single weapon and must be enchanted as such. Since it woud be considered the same weapon I wouldn't allow it unless the extra attack was made with a second set of spikes (such as on a spiked shield, spiked gauntlets, spiked helm, etc.) that was separate from the armor.

We had this discussion a while back.

Well: About the part in the FAQ: It's monk specific and since the monk has a lot of extrafeatures concerning multiple attacks (or full strength bonus to off hand attacks and flurry of blows and stuff) I'd say NO to THF and armour spikes.

After all, think about it in real combat.

(Waiting till the laughter ends).

You simply can't use a twohanded weapon so easily and then bash him with armour spikes as well. If your weapon is blocked, you do it (kicking, whatever) but not WHILE you are bashing with your weapon.
