First question is simple but I could not find an answer. How does a monk attacking unarmed determine bonus dmg from Str? x1.5 or x1? Does using flurry of blows or lightning fists matter?

Second involves HD and changing types. If I was a Saurial a race that haa 2 Humanoid HD and I change type to Monstrous Humanoid, do I suddenly gain feats and skill points as a Monstrous Humanoid? What about changing to Dragon?

It's x1. Flurry of Blows and Lightning Fists don't reduce damage, only your chance to hit.
