[2006] Renting a floor at the Embassy Suites

I don't see anything keeping me from going next year. I was in the Hampton Inn this year, which is only a couple blocks form the convention center. I'd be interested in sharing a room at the Embassy.

I was at Gen Con two years ago but didn't really make an effort to connect with the EN world crowd; I'd like to change that. I'm planning on attending next year and was planning on trying to snag a room again at the Embassy. I'd like to get in on the EN world floor but don't know yet if I'll be traveling with my own group of friends yet or whether I'd need to bunk with other EN worlders. I'd probably have a better idea of my exact needs about three months in advance. If this tentative plan sounds okay then please count me in. I'd be looking forward to meeting you all and spending some time in the Canadiana suite.

Edit: FYI, I shower every morning and use deodorant liberally.

I voted. It is still not certain that I'll be able to make it to GenCon next year due to finances. But if there is any possible way to get there then you can bet that I'll make it happen after the tremendous time I had this year.

I'll get to GenCon 06 (especially) if I have to share a bed with Buttercup to do it!

I'm not sure if I'm in your "rich" group but I do own a top hat that I used to wear in a LARP (it's huge!). No monocle though.
